This is a simple relaxation exercise that is available to download free!
 
The following exercise should be carried out when you know you will not be disturbed.
 
You'll systematically go through groups of muscles, tense them for a few seconds, then release the tension.  People tend to underestimate the depth of muscle relaxation they can achieve. So keep practicing as you'll find you can do this more quickly and easily each time.
