Insomnia and Sleep Disorders

hypnotherapy can help you sleep like a baby again, sleeping, yawning baby
People of all ages suffer from insomnia.
Some people have trouble falling asleep or wake up during the night and think they'll never
  get back to sleep.

Others find that stress and anxiety simply causes their mind to 'race' and they cannot 'switch off'.

If you say to yourself "I'll never get to sleep now!", you are not helping the situation.

Insomnia and sleeping problems easily turn into a habit.

You can learn how to relax both physically and mentally with Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.

Sleep Hygiene Tips

To start with, make sure you follow these simple rules:-
  1.   Go to bed and wake up at the same time every night
  2.   No napping during the day, no matter how tired you are.
  3.   Do not drink coffee six hours before bedtime
  4.   Do not smoke before bedtime (it's a stimulant)
  5.   Avoid heavy meals before bedtime
  6.   Avoid exercising late in the evening (within 4 hours of bedtime)
  7.   Avoid drinking too much alcohol. You may fall asleep quickly but wake up dehydrated in the night
  8.   Make sure your bedroom is conducive to sleep, not too noisy, warm, cold etc

Hypnotic Relaxation

Hypnotic relaxation can help you regain control and re-educate your mind and body to relax easily into a
deep, warm, enveloping, rejuvinating sleep, night after night.
